Safe Harbor Inn welcomes our new Executive Director, Matt Kropke! Prior to being hired at Safe Harbor, Matt was the Development Director for Bean's Cafe. Before working for Bean's Cafe, Matt ran Kids Cafe. Matt is committed to helping Anchorage's homeless transition into permanent housing.


In Muldoon!
Last fall, with tremendous community support, Safe Harbor Inn acquired the former Ramada Ltd. hotel and How How Restaurant at 207 Muldoon Road!

Now known as Safe Harbor Muldoon, this second Safe Harbor property has 50 guest rooms, all full of homeless families and their children. What used to be the How How restaurant area is now becoming a large social and community space for guests and their children to relax in.

Thanks to everyone at Keller-Williams Realty who worked so hard on Red Day, May 14th, to give Safe Harbor a wonderful facelift inside and out!

Safe Harbor Muldoon is now the location where all donations of furniture and supplies should be dropped off. Entrance for donation dropoffs is around the back, off the large parking lot.
